 Gender equality

The values of human dignity, freedom, equality and solidarity are enshrined in Air France’s corporate plan. By fighting discrimination based on gender, race, colour, ethnic or social origins, religion or personal convictions, political and trade union opinions, birth, handicap or sexual proclivity, we can ensure equal opportunities and respect for diversity.

Fighting discrimination

All operational staff and managers and the entire human resources network are informed and trained to prevent discrimination, and to deal with any such situations as they arise.

Gender equality

Professional equality between genders is a key concern for Air France, and was enshrined in a special agreement signed by trade union organizations in 2002 and renewed in 2006. Gender-neutral accessibility to jobs in air transport and equal opportunities throughout every career are priority goals.
